What makes an impactful headline? In class pictures, notes and homework

In our first lesson, we were presented out brief and then we started talking about magazine headlines and layouts, but most importantly, how we should create an impactful headline for our own article. 

Here are some pictures of the in-class presentation, as I rarely take notes and prefer to be very mindful of what the teacher is explaining rather than just wasting time writing and falling behind on the explanations.

So this kind of posts will be basically like a notebook where I record all I do/read in class.

Our homework is to find an image that we like and to put an impactful headline on it, and then present it in class in the next session.
